Requirements:
- Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Good moral character and commitment to learning.
- Good interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to commit to the required hours of training and practice sessions.
Certification: Upon successful completion of the program, apprentices will receive a certificate of completion, acknowledging their proficiency in massage therapy techniques and theoretical knowledge. They will then be required to pass the Mblex exam which is the required testing and certification to legally practice Massage therapy and bodywork.

Apprenticeship licensing qualifications:
- Submit an application to the Utah Department of Professional Licensing
- Pay a fee determined by the Utah Department of Professional Licensing, under section 63J-1-504.
- Receive a passing score for the Utah Massage Therapy Law and Rule examination.
- Pass a background check.
- Purchase the approved curriculum and upload to DOPL
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Be of good moral character.
